Happy St. Patrick's Day

Carolina has a lot of pink clothes, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that she fit into her super cute green Polo dress. And she was feeling pretty festive when I left for work this morning. Thanks to Auntie Lisa and Auntie Joanna for the outfit!
Guinness anyone?

And be sure to check out today because we're featuring some really beautiful green pieces!

This is a Test...

Do Marquette fans read this blog? We shall see!

It's been so long since last we met,
Lie down forever, lie down;
Or have you any money to bet,
Lie down forever, lie down.

There goes old... Georgetown,
Straight for a... touchdown,
See how they... gain ground,
Lie down forever, lie down,
Lie down forever, lie down.

Rah! Rah! Rah!
Hurrah for Georgetown,
Cheer for victory today.
'Ere the sun has sunk to rest,
In the cradle of the West,
In the clouds will proudly float
The Blue and Gray.

We've heard those loyal fellows up at Yale
Brag and boast about their Boola-Boola.
We've heard the Navy yell,
We've listened to Cornell;
We've heard the sons of Harvard tell
How Crimson lines could hold them.
Choo Choo, Rah Rah, dear old Holy Cross;
The proud old Princeton tiger
Is never at a loss.
But the yell of all the yells,
The yell that wins the day,
For the dear old Blue and Gray.

Carolina Looking Like her Daddy

My mom sent me this photo a few days ago and I think she really does look like Kevin here. Thoughts?

Back to Work

This week I went back to work -  I am commuting from Menlo Park to the San Francisco Razorfish offices. I didn't realize how difficult this transition would be. I know that millions of women do it every year, but that doesn't make it any less emotional and hard.

On a lighter note, the two honey honeys dressed up in matching Winnie the Pooh pajamas and posed for a little photo session. None of them came out like we wanted, but this picture pretty much represents a typical scene - Carolina eating her hand and Mariana crying, so in a way, it's better than what we had hoped for! They are both so cute, so alert and growing so very fast!

Chicago & Milwaukee II

Carolina did a fabulous job on her first ever plane trip to Milwaukee (and hour plus drive to Chicago). She was in her car seat for all of 10 minutes before she wanted to sit and play with Mama. She pooped all over her pretty white travel outfit, which Kevin had the pleasure of changing, but other than that, she slept almost the whole time. And when we arrived, Skip, Susan, Kathy, Bob,  Stephen & Lily were all there to greet us!

Carolina and I visited the Razorfish offices, while Kevin checked in on our tenants at the Kensington, and we had a great dinner with my girlfriends. We headed up to Milwaukee to spend some time with Dooner and the Shorewood crowd. Carolina threw her first screaming fit at her "welcome to Milwaukee" party and had to miss half of it, but she recovered nicely and returned to her sweet, smiley self.

A Winter Weekend in Chicago & Milwaukee

We just got back from a 4 day trip to Chicago & Milwaukee and are pretty exhausted from traveling. Lots of fun pics are coming, but I couldn't wait another second to post these adorable shots of Carolina this morning, just before we left for the airport.
